Yoga can be a fantastic way to relax and rejuvenite during lunch break at work.
Long periods of sitting at a desk leads to tension and pain in shoulders, back and neck. With a well balanced Yoga session you can not only losen up your body, you improve your ability to focus again.
As collegues you get the opportunity to meet each other in a different context and experience something out of the office context
The only thing you need is a quiet room, with enough space for your group of students. We provide the Yoga mats and other equipment.
What we can offer:

- Lunch time Yoga (strengthening or relaxing)
- Yoga in special locations (Parcs, lake, mountains etc.)
- Acro Yoga (Yoga postures in groups of 2 or 3 people, focusing on strenghtening but also team and trust building)
