In our adventurous Climbing and Yoga retreat you will learn to experience and combine the effects of Yoga and Rock Climbing in the beautful surroundings of World Heritage Site Lanha Bay

Our retreat will take place on Cat Ba Island, which is a bustling, colorful place between tradition and modernity and is a perfect place to explore, get inspired, and fully focus on yourself and your Yoga and Climbing practice.

You will get to practice different yoga styles (Acro Yoga, Yin, Power Yoga, and Vinyasa), learn and improve Rock Climbing skills and techniques, and enjoy unique surroundings of Cat Ba Island in Lanha Bay. We cater to complete beginners and intermediate climbers. If you have always wanted to try out Rock Climbing, this is the perfect occasion to do so. Here on Cat Ba Island we have the unique opportunity to climb on a beach out in the beautiful bay, in a lush valley, and even challenge ourselves while Deepwatersoloing (which is climbing above water and jumping in).

As certified instructors we will safely guide you on your (first) rock adventure and teach you all the basics. The Yoga sessions will help to build your confidence and make you feel strong and lean in your body. You improve your awareness of movements and breath which will help you in developing climbing technique.

How to get here

Our climbing yoga retreat takes place on beautiful Cat Ba Island in Lanhabay (Halong Bay), but we are meeting and starting the journey together in Vietnam’s fascinating capital: Hanoi.

The closest airport is „Noi Ba“ Airport, a 30 minutes drive away from the city center. Noi Ba is well connected to most international airports.

The taxi from the airport to the center costs around 500.000 VND (25 USD max). If you prefer, we can book you a private pick up for 4o USD.

We finish the retreat back in Hanoi. A perfect opportunity to start or end your travels through Vietnam with this retreat!
